This page holds the documents the Parish Council publishes for residents. Use the folders below to browse meeting agendas and minutes. Each document opens as a PDF, which you can read online or download.

What you will find

• Agendas for forthcoming and past meetings, published at least three clear days before each meeting
• Minutes of previous meetings, published in draft and approved at the following meeting

Further documents, including the council’s Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Code of Conduct, annual accounts and audit papers, will be added to this library over time. If you need a document that is not yet listed, or a copy in a different format, please contact the Clerk.

Freedom of information

The council operates a Publication Scheme under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Requests for information should be made in writing to the Clerk, who will respond within twenty working days.
